SD is good stuff, i've never had an issue with them at all, and my friends order stuff from them pretty often and don't have any issues either.

my first order that i placed with them last week, showed up exactly one weel later, to bad i ordered the wrong brackets, but you should have a tracking number, i just placed a second order on tuesday and got a tracking number today, all my stuff is on its way.

I've had better luck with them getting me parts on time than anyone else. It happens with everyone.

i just ordered a rear bag bracket kit 5 days ago from them and they told me it would take 2 days and i havent got it yet. i'm not in n e big rush. i've ordered from them plenty of times and got my stuff quicker then they said. i hope i have it by at least this coming up wedsday or thursday.

I think sd.com has helped this industry in many ways, mostly in producing affordable, top quality parts that are available to everyone, but one thing I will say, is a month wait time on some brackets is unacceptable, no matter what shop its from. if its going to take that long, the customer should be notified, period, that

ive always gotten my stuff on time from sd.com, in fact i WISH they woulda had the air tank i wanted in stock..cuz i had to order it from FBI who the hell knows how long itl be til i get that..
