well... today is judgement day!!!

I live in Florida and get passed by cops all the time and I'll be rolling a half inch off the ground. I've heard VA laws are strict and to avoid driving through your state with a modified suspension. Good luck in the future.

1) 46.2-1063. Alteration of suspension system; bumper height limits; raising body above frame rail. No person shall drive on a public highway any motor vehicle registered as a passenger motor vehicle if it has been modified by alteration of its altitude from the ground to the extent that its bumpers, measured to any point on the lower edge of the main horizontal bumper bar, exclusive of any bumper guards, are not within the range of fourteen inches to twenty-two inches above the ground. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this section, the range of bumper heights for motor vehicles bearing street rod license plates issued pursuant to

more than likely they wont have anything about adjustable suspensions its all gonna be considered altered suspension

i cant find none of it.(id rather know it now than look for it later when i go threw the same shit as every one else!

the law here is the bottom of the bumper cant be lower than 14inches. with mine all the way up it would only go to 11.5 so we redid the rear suspension with diffrent bags to get more lift and i got it to 14 1/4 inches i put bumpstops in the notch jus big enuf for the frame to barely hover above the ground ( if the chassis hits the ground thats illegal too) and that was it. he jus gave them back. but i still have to go to court but hopefully since i fixed it they will drop the tickets

god im glad i live in vegas and dont have to worry bout shit like that...
