We're bagging my lightning as we speak, rears done and have started on the front, DJM UCA's and LCA's are in as well as the cups, still deciding if were gonna run the beltech spindles, but we noticed something with the front that oculd pose to be a problem and are wondering what some of you did.

The inner structure seems to be all one piece, from the firewall through the wheel wells into the core support, all one piece. If we were to cut the whole wheel well out to tuck the 22's wouldnt this take away all the structural integrity of the front end? are their ways to get around this. We gonna try and cut out as little as possible but still try to lay frame and if we do have to cut it all, we're thinking of doing trailer fenders to try and get back some of the strength, what did you guys do? thanks

we actually didnt have to cust as much as anticipated, still has plenty of strengh, Although another problem arose with the brakebooster, we jucked up the wheel to see how far it will tuck and its stopping on the brakebooster, now its low as F*ck so we prolly wont have to go any lower, but what are my options as far as the booster goes??? here's a pic

:You can put in the hydroboost. They make a kit for around 800.

Or if you are smart and can figure out how to do it the newer hd chevys have them.

An Explorer booster would work as well

My buddy is putting hyroboost on his s10, but thats just out of my budget right now, that drop is just with the jackstand and no bag, so maybe when we put the bag in it wont be as low and the brakebooster wont be a problem, the rims are 22" Panther Octanes, thanks, i like em too

i used an explorer booster when i bagged my buddies supercrew, i had to cut out less than half of his fender support and he layed 285/35/22's

my buddies supercrew lays frame hard on a 265/35/22 with the stock booster & no tubbing of the firewall.
