Well I signed the lease for the new shop today, got some keys and opened it up. I'm going to have the electricity turned on today, and it will get wired for all my 220 stuff this Sunday. The following week I need to get some work benches built. I have a 3x8 top with breaks in it, 1/8" thick for a table along the back wall. Along with my TIG table, the welders and drill press. Then I get to start moving stuff in, and pretty soon build a new frame table. I'm excited. This means I get to start on the frame for my 30 soon.

I'm going to have an open house the third week of July, with free food and free soda.

Also won't be taking any new orders for a while. Gonna be busy.

Good job buddy... well deserved it sucks to be outwest and pay 8 million dollars per sq ft though.

Thanks guys!

I'm excited about the other business here too. Right next door they make shirts. Theres a sticker shop, computer shop, and upholstery shop to my left. Theres a machine shop directly across from me, a smog shop, a few auto repair shops, and a guy that builds stainless kitchen ware. I need to talk to him about fuel cell material. He probably gets stainless cheaper than I can.

That it does! Lol. I got a pretty good deal though. First month free helps too, even though I just paid for 2 months today. Don't have to worry about rent for 3 months though.

Looks nice! What size is the actual shop space and is there an office area? If so whats the size of that? Any restrooms, washroom, stuff like that?
