Good job, buddy. Welcome to the adventure! A few tips for ya to save on space: Make everything you can have casters for easy cleaning, and shelves are your best friend. Anything you can store on the wall will make the shop seem larger and more accesible (sp). Good luck.

Thanks for the advice guys. Most of my stuff is on rollers already because of the cramped space I have.

And the frame table will have bolt on legs so that I can secure it to the wall when not in use.

Looks nice! What size is the actual shop space and is there an office area? If so whats the size of that? Any restrooms, washroom, stuff like that?

Just over 1000 SF. No office, I'm just putting a tall tab;e by the door for the computer and files, and some storage for clean parts and parts books underneath.

There are multiple bathrooms on the facility that get cleaned every day, and we get keys so only tenants can use them. Pretty nice really.

All I can afford ATM really. I'm going from 300 SF to 1000 though, so it feels like a lot of room so far.
