Shop lost my ride

Did you file a police report when it happened? If not good luck with that now, I wouldnt bother getting the cops involved they will just screw it up for you, if it goes to court you will never see your money. Id get your other buddies that got screwed over and handle it yourselves, take his car, bmx bixes and whatever you can.

yea thats him brian. stealing from him doesn't make it any better. we didnt report it at the time cause we thought he would eventually surface somewhere. the statue of limitations is like 7 years so it doesnt matter if we report it then or now. we have reciepts, plenty of witnesses, pics, etc. hell if we went after him we could be the ones gettin sued or locked up. id rather take my chances. if he is charged criminally he will have to pay restitution to the victims which is us. if he doesnt pay then he will violate his probation or whatever he recieves.

Glad to hear you found him Robbie. I would of got in touch with a lawyer and gave them all the information instead of talking directly with him. You might of given him a chance to hide again.

I remember handing this dude 3500.00 to bag my truck and he never finished it. His Name was Allen Cothren the shop was called Metalworks. So many rides left there stripped of all of their parts and peices and the dude disappeared to Texas. I remember yelling at him once to get my shit done and he was like 300lbs plus and much bigger than me....im like 150lbs at the most and he pushed me down and punched me a few times. I got back up from the barrels he pushed me into shocked that he had done that. My urge to kick his ass was short lived due to the fact that his shop mates had pipes and shit in their hands. Allen if you are out there F&^%K you i hope you see this. And im sure i will find you one day without your shop buddies to protect you from the hell my fists will unleash on you.....btw im 178lbs now and its not from eating fried chicken and milkshakes. I hope that people that fuck over other people will realize they cant hide forever. Props on finding the loser who fucked you over man.
