so it that ebay alt worth it is it a 160 after you did the big 3. im in need of a high out put as well and i dont know weather to do a gm swap or stick to the toyota pickup ebay (ace)one ? i do need something tho so if anybody has any input on the best way to upgrade the toyota alt and the best bang for the buck to . im just wanting the most amps for the cheapest price but im willing to spend for the right one. im just debating on which to go with .

range from $140 for a 150amp to $200 for a 170 amp and thats also ebay and not proven ratings .

also can i just find a gm high output alt and make my own brackets or that wont work. and are they any other cars or trucks that are swappable or no?

These guys make one for a Toyota. 170 amps I think. I will probably get one once I find a 22R.
