after reading this thread a few times, ive been curious about doing fakes as well.. do they need to be printed on a special paper? wouldnt you have to worry about the ink bleeding in clear?

So how do you print fake bills? can it be done on waterslide decal paper? is it like a vinyl wrap?

While you are printing fake bills, I need some Curious though real money is made with cotton, thanks Dicovery channel , so do you use a special paper, and ink. Or do we get Seth to fabricate some money plates and printing press.

^^^I actually had a good freind of mine take care of that

I do know he used some sort of special ink and paper (Like rice paper or somthing?)I didn't want much to do with the whole "counterfit deal" to be honest. (So I kinda left the responsability and liability on the kustomer)......

But I wouldn't recomend using fake money unless you pre-warn your customer that there are no garantees on bills fading out in the sun and changing colors or something anything else unpredictable (that was my biggest fear!!!)

But the dumbass kid who drove the truck, WRECKED IT!!!!And had it re-painted only months after I finished with it! .....So I really can't "recomend" you use fake money Because I don't about it's longevity or if it will last forever???? It turned out GREAT for me, And looked fuck'n awesome! As long as it was around.....(But like I told him...."if it fucks up or fades out it's on you")

u can use rice paper not sure on the ink i know a buddy of mine has a 100 dolla bill in his frame and it hasnt faded at all

^^^Is it exposed to the sun light (UV Rays),....that would be the only thing that could fade a bill.
And if it was out of the direct sun it will probly never fade?......

i've heard the rice paper thing before, i think its was from Fraser, but i've heard diffrent things on the ink, like laser printing, and just some wierd inks and such. But in anycase, i'll just still with ones, lol. I'll give it a try your way while on working on a helmet today and we'll see how it goes

this is slightly off topic, but what about photographs?
