I would see about scanning or getting one printed out then just clear over it like you would a real bill. If your going to use it as a background image you could make the whole design a printed decal and work it into the paint with clear? If you wanted to do a $100 bill having one printed wouldn't cost you any where near $100

I have some 8" x 11.5" water slide clear decals that are used for model cars that are sealed with clear coat that might work? I don't know if it would fade or turn colors in the sun over time, but might be worth looking into?

i'm gonna try it on a test panel first and see how it goes, but i mainly just wanna be able to say "yea, that's a real bill in the paint" even if it is just a dollar, haha. If i was gonna use something not real, i'd just try and airbrush it, to see if i could do that, i wanna keep trying new stuff as much as i can

thinks the guy with the hombre should have spent that 65 dollars on a color matched front bumper and a roll pan, much better use of that money.

^^^^^If it's done correctly it should be impossible to "peel off" anything burried under clear coat

And, Aaron,....I'M ABOUT TO HIGHJACK YOUR THREAD WITH A FULL STEP-BY-STEP!!!!!

OK,....First make sure your bills are as clean and crisp and possible (I prefer $2 dollar bills because ther different lol)

Once you've soaked your bills in clear coat and they are completly saturated apply to a well preped surface using a spreader to ensure there are NO AIR BUBBLES!!!!!

Here you can see how well this bill was applied .....notice there are NO AIR BUBBLES lol (you just can't stress that enough)

here you can see the second bill soaking in clear....

Next you lay down the clear, about 3 to 4 realy wet coats are need to comletley burry the bills (I used a high solids clear)

And last but not least, a good wet sanding is needed to level out the surface

And thats all there is to it, I 'm going to show you the rest of the pics just for shits ang giggles

Next I taped off my logo and sprayed the vehicle silver for a bio-mechanical backround......

I'm going to re-create my version of a painting by H.R Giger

Now time to reveal the $2 bills under the taped off logo....

And to finish off my logo, alittle lime green pinstriping to bring out color of the money

AND THAT'S HOW "Lost Cause" DOES IT!!! ......Aaron I hope this helps

Thanks for letting me high-jack your thread
