There are also some screw in balljoints that fit the Nissan spindles. Im sure Twisted is using the stocks to make it easy to swap these out.

The 720 suspension is the same as the Hardbody also.

The Moog K772 fits the upper on a hardbody spindle, its a screw in style and has lots of travel. If the 720 taper is the same as a hardbody it could be an option for you. You can buy the threaded housing from countless street rod suppliers, they're cheap too.
