And here we go again....the drivers door is just as bad if not worse than the passanger door..

Why do people think that bondo fixes rust well it doesn't!

The inside of the door had quite-a-bit of surface rust so I knocked it down and brushed on some por15 as far as I could get inside the door to help preserve the fresh metal

brian the fun is just beginning man wait till the doors are back on the truck and u have to start grinding door edges and welding them back to get the gaps right, then theres the roll at the end of those doors that takes a shit load to make flat with fenders fun fun brother....Looking good man hope you are getting compensated for all the time goin into this one will definately be worth it to the owner in the end !!!!!!!!!!!!!
