***Mini Truckin' Mag*** 2 different covers?????

I've recieved many questions reguarding the following.

For those of you who don't know. MT sometimes has different covers for the same issue. One is for the news stand and the other is for the subscribers.

If you have a newstand issue and are wondering what the Subscription cover looks like, just take a look inside the Table Of Contents. it will show if their was any difference that month. Sub copys are the same inside and out.

The reason for this is just for fun. To try to make the sub copys look as cool as possible and the newstands to pop off a little more using bright colors. And who am I kidding, it's just fun doing more work!

So if this is a question you've been wondering about.... This is the answer....so keep buying, breathing and reading Mini Truckin Magazine!

P.S. look out for big changes coming soon!!!! And no I don't know why yours hasn't come in the mail yet lol. sorry thats not our department!

Chris do you have info on magazines selling more with models on the cover? If they sell more then put the hotties on there every month to help with sales.

or just alternate between jenny p and mercedes every month. or wait...even better...put them both on the cover together every month.

think its a news stand thing.or thats what it looks like 2 me. the one for the news stand has hilights in yellow.but yes they have 2 diff pics on a few covers.... ooo well as long as i get mine in the mail im happy.

Yes the one with mercedes on the cover we used a different photo. but that is VERY rare. it's manely colors and stuff like that.

you know what never made any sense to me when i had your job. why the newsstand one couldn't be as cool as possible.i know it has to do with marketing and making money but the only people who buy mini truckin are the ones who went to the store lookin for it. so why not skip the flashy anoying colors make a sweet ass magazine and possibly grab new customers saying look how sweet and non ugly this magazine is and creating new minitruckers. i dont know anyone who randomly decided to get a magazine cause it had a yellow banner at the top. like imagine if each cover looked like it had part of the persons paint job dripping from the top of it or the cover had less text on it, if the magazines were a little cooler id be more willing to pay for the magazine i went into the store looking for than to sit in the store for 10 minutes reading it and putting it back.

these are things i would have said to steves face had i had the guts.his thinking is so backwards. like while i worked there he said we couldn't put anymore suv's on the cover, and green trucks are no longer allowed on the cover. that doesn't make any sense. sorry for ranting=)
