Anyone recognize this truck?

Finally got some pics last night. To lazy to upload them and post, but it has some issues, and needs work. I wanted some pics of the susp and frame work, but haven't gotten any yet. I have lots of body parts but if I have to redo the suspension it isn't worth anything to me really.

I live 5 miles from the truck and have never seen it. I e-mailed to get directions,no reply. Hit me up if he contacts you I can get pics and info for you if you wanted. It has been taken off as of now.

I finally got some pics, it was pretty rough, never got much in the way of suspension and frame pics. I wasn't even sure how the passenger door opened it was right up against the front fender.
