1.5 x.125 wall is all you need for the 4-link bar, if you are running 1-14 thread for your joints. I usually use .250 for the end tubes the bushing mounts in.

oh okay, i wouldnt have guessed that one lol. i guess i coulda just googled it.

the ends on my link bars are built out of DOM.
i bought "Energy Suspension" replacement bushings that fit the factory hanger brackets.

-Then i had a machine shop make me some sleeves to fit them out of DOM 2-1/2" x .250 wall tubing. They had to bore the DOM a tiny tiny bit for a perfect fit.
