the top cups have a long bolt rite in the center that goes thru the top of the spring cup. The bottoms are just tack welded into place to keep them from moving around and pinching a bag.

They should. My 22x9.5's w 6 inches of backspace tuck an my 98. It's close though and my fenders are rolled too.

Where did you relocate your ABS stuff and computer to? Also, did you have to move the main wiring harness plug on the driver's side firewall in order to layout all the way?
