I always wanted to cut my post way down to where the box was a foot off the ground. LOL I'd probably be drivin to the post office to pick up my mail tho. Around here you might as well just put a target on it.you & me both brotha......my mailman pisses me off anyway. fucker leaves the front of my mailbox open when he leaves. i might drop mine way down for a day or so before i replace it. the damn post is rotten & im looking for ideas as well

our mail box post is two springs off the front of a dually welded together.

i saw one yesterday where they had a regular mailbox for the mail, and one that was literally 20 feet or so off the ground that said "BILLS". I thought that was pretty funny. Coolest mailbox stand i've seen was around Millington, TN, it's a huge ass boat anchor (not a sailboat anchor, like an aircraft carrier boat anchor), with the chain welded together to stick out for the mailbox to sit on.

Black base, silver marblizer WET and drug torn paper towels over it to get the grian, twist for the knot, rootbeer candy, black to make it looklike 2 pieces and make some grains stand out more, some yellow and orange candy for highlights and darker areas, my nails, and clear
