Have you looked at the neutral safety switch? The sensor that won't let it crank if not in park or neutral?? Could be a possibility since you had the tranny out.

no that doesnt help, it only needs 3 things to run, air, fuel, spark. its gotta be distributor/computer related. it does crank over right?

Well jus for an update... i got it to start... It was the MAIN RELAY... Wow was that a painful process.... and alot of money

Those main relays suck. my buddy always has a backup laying around, Whenever we go to a junkyard we pullem all. Glad you got it up and running.
