WOW,....My upper balljoint just snapped! Time to pie cut???

So i'm crusin down the road ,I hit my brakes to turn into a parking lot when a loud snap/clunking sound came from the p.side front wheel....so I get out to see what it was....... my rim was cambered all the way out of the wheel well!

sure enought the upper ball joint just snapped! WTF???

I guess the big wheels put to much stress on the 12yr old balljoint....

so to make a long story short my truck is broke the fuck down in a damn parking lot, and I can't get a new balljoint till saturday!...and it buckled my fender BAD!

This fuck'n sucks yo'

u said it yourself its 12 years old i'd say it's just a failure. your not one...well.........maybe a little all jokin aside, it SHOULDNT happen, it prolly just went shitty over the years.

i have had 29 bagged and like 10 of those were bodied minis and i have only had 1 ever break upper on a s10 on 20s broke on me goin down the road its just something plus u took the suspension apart the other day and changed alot so sounds like something like ur uper arm is in a lil bit of a bind maybe

i had my upper snap on a vw bug i had. snapped while going about 80 on the freeway. i thought my tire blew. made it to the side of the road from the fast lane. looked at my tire and it was mad cambered. got it on the tow truck and when it got home wheel damn near fell off. got lucky i didnt flip the bug.

and that was a stock bug... just 40 year old ball joints with no grease

i am sure you know a good paint and body man to fix the fender
