NEED INFO 91 4runner in washington/oregon

yeah it does need lots of work but the hard stuff is done and looks legit although it only gets about 5" of lift so you cant really see whats goin on too well. the main reason im so worried about it is that if my buddy buys it he gonna be driving it to arizona (about 1500 miles) in a week.

good: he drives it everywhere, so it's obviously reliable & apparently only needs quite a bit of TLC (then again i didn't give it the once-over as if i was buying it)

bad: he draggs the shit out of it & wants $5600!!!! (too much i think)

5600 is way too much, it is gonna get traded for a 94 s10 and some cash, as far as dragging goes the frame looks good and the rockers dont look like they are drug all that much but they are crushed pretty bad from getting layed out on uneven stuff and the back bumpers about to fall off caus the front gets lifted first sometimes...
