Not sure but those look like steel 22.5's with 22" tires stretched on them. Not a good idea at all, cant mill a steel wheel.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that those are probably aluminum wheel blanks cut to "mimic" the steel semi's then powdercoated white? If I wanted 22" steel semi's thats how I'd acomplish this? Just a thought. You might be able to figure out something just by the club name in the back window of the truck?

It is 22.5 with the tire stretched on it. Seen it at a show here before and its definitely steel wheels.
