AIM...why bash AVS...

this may have been asked already but i dont read all this aim crap. but who really buys there stuff. thats what i dont understand. why they are still in business.

People are going to bash what they dont understand & what they are afraid of! I guess AIM is afraid that AVS is going to run them out of business, but AIM is doing it to themselves!!

I was reading Sport Truck the other night on the throne, and came across Aim's ad. Most of the time I don't even look at his ad, but as I turned the page something caught my eye! If you read his little insert about how his business has grown over the years, the last statement is about how the younger crowd have nothing better to do than get online and bash his perfect company! I think he just keeps digging deeper and deeper! I really think he is going to regret messing with us Minitruckers!

I most say that i didnt really look at his ads, but ever since this whoel "sue" thing has been going on i have benn reading them.If you read it he says the something over and over..You know he gets on here and the only reson he is geting som many pages is to piss us off..I think in gonna take a shit on them all..What ever brought AVS and FBI into these? Why isnt he trying to mess with SD?i think that he just needs to grow up..AVS, ur shorts look bad A**.

I think there was a few shots at Suicide Doors. I remember seeing it in their ads a few months back.

in this months issue(november 2008)> he bashes airlift, easystreet, bell tech,viair, zenith, reflexxion, lambo doors, auto loc , avs and fbi claiming they lie to you. at the bottom of the page it says " i promise to beat anyones advertised price by 10% and give you a better product, and ship it right away." wow i guess that kid on s10forum.com must be happy for his free parts that were messed up. good job JOE MORROW i still wont buy anything from you b/c of the customer service

AVS has had great service from what I have heard. They've helped out some of my buddies projects and always seem to be down to give good prices and helpful answers.

Compared to???The run around and bad answers. Terrible tech support. Insane restocking fees. Very high shipping fees.

But just like everything else. There will always be hate. With people hating and denying they are hating. This darn young crowd just hates getting good service. Whats up with that... You want decent service, parts and support???? What are those darn young people thinking.

Keep up the good work all those "little guys". Because maybe it will awaken other companies to good service.

As many of you know I have not always worked here at AVS while being involved in the scene. I had ordered from alot of the companies out there. I had great service from some and not so great from others. With this in mind I wanted to treat our customers how I wanted to be treated. This is exactly what myself and the rest of our team have done and will keep doing. We build rides just like you so we understand how important it is to have quality parts at affordable prices. Not to mention having the parts in stock helps you guys meet your deadlines!

Some companies do not get on the forums as much as myself or others but I think it is important to browse the forums. I get to answer any questions you might have about our products or fix anything that MIGHT have gone wrong. I like to think of it as the NEW AGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jeff the owner of AVS will be posting a few things within the next few weeks.

And how we were brought into this was over us calling a CHASSISTECH air bag a CHINA MADE BAG. We brought in these bags for our customers looking for a helper bag,a mock up bag,etc. We had these on our website and catalog as CHINA MADE and I guess that upset Joe. I guess that was us lying again. LOL

Another note,there are NO PARTS that have an AVS name on it that are the SAME as CHASSISTECH parts. It is no lie we do have some parts made overseas but Jeff is VERY PICKY when having our parts made. We have samples sent until it is perfect. We even test the products out on our PERSONAL rides before we run a product. Jeff does spend the extra money to ensure we will have no problems with ANY of our products. If it has our name on it you can depend on the product for many years to come. We have been here for a few years and we are not going anywhere so if the problem arises were you need to warranty your AVS brand product,we will be here....
