Thanks for the feed back. I'll have to grab an air saw on the way home today.

I have a small Snap-On body saw. Its like a pneumatic midget sawzall.

make sure u get the snap on blades, they last HELLA longer then the shitty ones u buy at home depot. there 5 bux a piece tho! i love my body saw, ziz wheel and rotabroach spotweld drill anything else i usually use weiss tin snips. i have some double cuts(air shears, my dads corded ones are hella better, and the a newblade for them is fucking 40 bux!) there about only good for flat panels. nibblers work good, there just a lil harder to control and make a smooth cut but they are effieceint.(sp)

thats the one i got, but i took the guard off as it takes up half the blade.

If I am cutting in a tight place inside a vehicle I use a body saw. It is slow and the blades are expensive so I don't use it more than I have to. If it isn't a tight fit, I use a cut-off wheel or sawzall. For cutting out filler panels from flat sheet I use a jigsaw, but if I had it, a bandsaw would be a much better tool.

3/64 5" Zipcut on a grinder is how I do pretty much everything.

i have the harbor freight air saw, cheap and they last a couple years, i use hacksaw blades in it because they are cheap and you can cut em to any length you want
