I'll probably use the 7m gte since I already have it and its such an easy swap. so you say that my 22re trans will bolt up? I would rather use the supra trans for the sheer fact of gearing since the truck trans is only geared for like 120 and the supra is geared for much more. then my rearend would be my only limiting factor. don't really want to do an irs but I do want the gear ratio whatever it is. I also found a company that makes automatic locking rear diffs for the stock rearends from aussielocker. A guy I met at school has one and he says it locks up every time. that would be extremely useful on those 22's I have on there. I have to source a harness and mounts to do my 7m swap now so I guess the quest is about to begin. Oh and I am going to do a re ring kit on the 7m with an hks metal head gasket and arp studs with a t3/t4 turbo unless the stock one is better. Planning on running around 15psi.
