I would take that amount of clearance and run with it. What about the bag compression?

there is plenty of bag clearance, but, i did notice this morning that the uca hits the upper bag mount when at full bump so im gonna try flip and switch the uca's and move the lower bag mounts in further so they are lined up with the upper mounts and see if that helps...also the idiots who started to bag the truck mounted the lower plate to the bag on the pass side and then welded it on so i cant unbolt the bag before i start cuttin....i bought the truck already bagged and found out later from the orginal owner who had it bagged that the work was done at outlaw motorsports in dallas...i have since spoken with joe through email and he says that the truck was a finish job from another deadbeat shop...i dunno but i take his on it...the rear was offcenter and crooked when i got the truck of which has since now been fixed so no biggy really...i seen the truck in the first crime pays in the footage they shot for the short feature of outlaw and that did confirm that they did do some work to the truck...i dunno...all i now is whoever bagged the pass front is a retard and has no business in or around a vehicle with a welder of even a drivers license...ok sorry for th enovel i had to vent a bit cuz im dicovering more and more shit i need to address before i move forward and get this thing finished....and it sux balls to take 1 step forward and 2 steps back...thanx for any input guys i appreciate it....also kaos i can see how that is enough lift for most but i want more....

ha ha that's cool about wanting more lift. I'm glad I called it on the upper bag mounts hitting the control arm

wow i wish i had 2.5 inches of clearance. i took this pic and i am almost at full lift. i maybe can get 1/2 inch without my fat ass in it. i can still turn without my tires being all the way cleared though

the only issue i can see with moving the lower bag mount in more would be the possibility of not layin out all the way afterwards...but i need to check the bag compression as it sits now to see if im not wastin my time with redoin the lower mounts....im still gonna do the uca flip though...

well i stand corrected...the lower bag mounts are NOT offset....but the uca on the driver side has been cut on the inside to clear the upper bag mount and is not plated (im gonna plate it in) but, the pass side bag mount is not cut and is hitting the upper bag mount at full lift, so , it will need to be cut like the other and plated in...also i was thinkin of adding gussets to the top side of the uca just to be sure it doesnt bend or will that be overkill....
