probly a ignitor or coil those are always going bad on those years. I have been a honda tech for 9 years and that is usually it 8 out of 10 times. see if it has spark then go form there.

You haven't even done any sort of basic diagnostics yet. Check for spark and fuel first before anything else.

ok, i got it fixed today. I took the valve cover off and spun the engine with a wrench and the cam didn't move. So, it ended up being that the bolt in the end of the camshaft backed out and the can gear slid off causing the key that connects the two to get sheared.

Now it's running like shit. I changed the plugs in process, and I don't think they are gapped right. The computer at autozone said .044, but that sounds wide. Can someone with a book look and see for me what they are supposed to be gapped at.

most of the time, plugs are gapped correctly out of the box, if they are the correct plugsis everything back in time?may have bent valves

i talked to a HONDA mechanic and he said the F22 isn't an interference engine, so the possiblity of bent valves ain't there.

It runs fine, it just idles rough.

Did you check to see if the timing slipped any? It may have slipped a tooth.
