LOCTITE 569 is what I use.

Teflon tape applied properly has always done me fine. Make sure you have the right tape for your application and that you are using good quality fittings. Its hard to get the cheap-o ones to seal up sometimes.

i have had trouble with the chrome prohopper fitting,,,might want to stay away from those

Usually its the chrome that causes the issues from my experience. You can get an NPT tap or die to clean the threads before you assemble if you're worried. A friend of mine got a chrome air tank that wouldn't seal at the ports, once he cleaned the threads out it was good to go. Good luck to you on your project.

just use regular steel ones,,or like he said run a tread chaser thru them

use all parker fittings, the pro hopper chrome ons are garbage
