how much would you charge to fabricate an aluminum fuel cell.

im goin to say somewhere around 1,000,000,000,000 $ hows that sound to you ?

Im not a fabricator, but it would depend on the size. If its a standard size you could buy, then I would fab it for around the same price as a retail. However if it was a custom design I would figure 15%-20% more than anything retail. Custom stuff always costs more.

I guess its supply and demand....if there is somewhere else they can get it, then you have to beat the competitions price, if you want the job. However if you are the only one locally that can do it, then the sky's the limit.

I paid 250 for my fabricated fuel cell.

Are you looking to buy one? Or getting price ideas for a possible customer?

i'm looking to buy one. not sure where i wanna put it yet but it wont be any crazy shape. i'm probably gonna wanna keep it in the stock location but we'll see. i'll let you know once i have the exact measurements josh thanks.

Coast me $430 to have one made out of stainless,kept the stock size 12.5 gals.& used stock flanges.

make sure you have someone who knows fuel cells, especially if you beat on your truck. I've seen alot of aluminum cells crack...customs made and RCI tanks. They need to be reinforced on all the load bearing walls and welded internally
