im tryign to do steel braided lines in my maz im finally at the point where i need to do brake lines and fuel lines and i can drive my truck after 4-5 long years and they dont sell female-male adapters to go to 5/16 or 1/4 inch line. kinda stuck not sure what to do. my fuel cell has fittings welded in there -8an fittings and thats 7/16 line. what else can i do without makin it look bad ?

Wow, I'm pretty sure they do. I work at a CAT dealer, and if ur close to one of them, hit em up cuz I'm getting all my hoses air and fuel from there.

ya m gonan hit up my hydraulic guy hes made a bunch of hoses for me for bobcats and there steel braided but i just dont know if he can do the an fittings from -8 to 1/4 or 5/16

Not sure if you have Green Line stores around you cause im from Canada but they can make any brake line you want and there DOT approved about 45 bucks each Canadian.

Ive used -8 JIC fittings to cap my an fittings off that are on the cell

i was thinking of cutting the old fittings off and welding in new bungs fr the right size line but they dont sell the 5/16 bung threw summit anyway ill go talk to my hydraulic guy today and see what he can do for me

well i went my the hydro place today they said 160 a line thats a little well alot of money per line no fittings anyone know where else i can ge tlines made .

I work for goodridge peformance hose and fittings. We make a mazda brake line kit.

ya you make a kit what does it come with> i need to convert my 1/4 and 5/16 line comming off my mechanical fuel pump run those lines to the back and comvert them over to -8an male fittings you make a kit for that? the truck is a ex cab long bed so its not going to be for a stock truck and you have what i need johnny?
