i think he ment 8 weeks cause if it was infact 8 months i sure wouldnt have waited patiently

i know mine took a very long time (like 5 months) but i was told that it would be about 4 months, so i wasn't upset. when it was about 3 weeks later than that, i called & they said it would be shipped by the end of the week & it was. that's why i always ask about the timeframe, so i can go to a compeditor if need be. the only time i've ever been lied to was by BYC, but i did eventually get my stuff.

i don't understand when people get pissed when they order stuff w/o asking first & then it takes forever. i see this happen a lot with FBI too. ask, think about it, & go somewhere else if you don't like the answer. it's not rocket science...

My ragtop took eight months,granted it was a special order but nobody said anything to me other than four weeks and I didn't wait patiently.I asked for a refund and they told me it had shipped when in fact it hadn't.A few weeks later I was told another story about the top being damaged.eventually I gave up and then a few months later BAMM!!!!it showed up out of the blue.On a positive note the top was clean and exactly what I had ordered making for a perfect install.I might would even order another one but I wouldn't expect it in any kind of time frame.

That would be me, the only other dealer for the same ragtops. My shop is litarally next door to the manufacturing facility. Por Dave and Dee that build the tops didn't know what they were into when Rick signed me up as a dealer. I hound them daily and have been able to have a ragtop made and sent in less than 2 weeks. Thats not always an option, but it will bever take less than 4 weeks until it is sent from us. www.ragtops-online.com
