we actually used a disc on a 4 1/2" angle grinder. I forget what the wheel was called but I can kind of describe it to you and maybe someone else can name it.

It was green with small "bristles" coming straight out from the backing, it's really hard to describe, lol. I know it was green and cost about $20/wheel but it worked like a charm. Very fast and caused no marks or heating of the surface. I know they make them for small air grinders too. I imagine 3M makes something like it.

Thats exactly what i was hoping to find just dont want to mess up the sheetmetal with heat. Do you think the 80 grit would be fine? I see that they have a 36 or a 50 grit also.
