I WAS WONDERING ABOUT ANY TIPS ON DOING A TRADITIONAL B/D ON A REG CAB HARDBODY. WHAT IS A SMALLER RADIATOR I CAN USE TO FIT AND DROPPED MOTORMOUNTS TO KEEP THE MOTOR UNDER THE HOOD. THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE. I LIKE PICS TOO!! THANKS
on the hardbody's , you dont need to drop the motor down ... just need a lower air intake... and just z the frame and you can use you stock radiator..
you only need 2.75" with the pinch rail bent up to lay rocker...
cant help you on the A/C heat issue, the one that we are working on is getting a 302, and all of that is going away. From what I can remember though when we did his, it seemed like it would fairly simple to move the AC stuff.
you can keep the ac and heat.. its all inside the cab... even tubbing it for 20"s you still can keep the ac and heat... its like Nissans knew that the hardbody's would end up bodydroped in the future or something. hahah....
few things you'll have to move around like if you have a clutch, so the master just needs to be moved up and over......
and your radius bars.... you can either move them over and up after z'n the frame or run some reverse bars.. or just get some tublar lower arms...
