Thats not 1/4" thick? That should be a good size, you can run it in 1.25" DOM and run 3/4" DOM as the inner sleeve.

You can get away with a slightly thicker or thinner wall thickness on the bushing too.

ok got it down now...found what i a gonna do, now that i se what im doing here... i didnt see it as going together just like a poly bushing... so i can actually use a larger od with an inner sleeve and just set it in some .120 dom for the outter sleeve..how deep does the bushings need to be in say a 1- 1 1/4 long outter sleeve?

Ya you still need an inner sleeve thats just a butt hair longer than the overall bushing. As in a few thousandths of an inch.

If you have a 1.25" long outer sleeve, the bushing width will depend on the thickness of the flange it has. If it's a 1/4" flange then you will have a 1.75" long bushing. And your inner sleeve should be just over that, 1.76 to 1.77 ish.

i have used 90a poly urethane from mcmaster and turned 1 1/2 down to make a bushing and i have also just used a hardend shoulder bolt with no busing both have worked well.

just use an ES poly 4 link bushing inside some DOM. simple, easy, never wear out. you dont need a bolt larger than 5/8 even on a heavy duty setup. thats alot of bolt to bend or shear. a 1/2 grade 8 is well above whatever forces you would throw at it.
