here's all I could find.
(using a 1/2" rabbet bit and a router) the diameter 1" larger (1/2" pass all the way around) and 1/2" deep.

I would imagine that you want to build some type of jig, so you coul keep it true also.

thats what the rabbit bit is for, it rides the inside edge so that its a true circle when done.

So i grew a pair of nuts & we did it ourselves. It surprisingly worked very well. The aluminum cuts like butter....

sweet. glad it worked. remember the fullsizes that the z71s, eskies, ect some from use 14mm lugs, so you need to make sure your lug nut has enough bite on the larger hole.
