If your not currently z'ed consider it as an option first. It will make it less of a drop to lay rocker. Otherwise measure twice, cut first and don't rush it. The extra bits you can do will add up and show in the end and you will be happier with the result. Good luck with it, post some pix too.

We did a 96 taco in a weekend, and that was slacking off, for some reason it was the easiest body drop i have ever been a part of. as long as you know the basics you should be fine.

how do you get the frame to lay flat without a z. I'm wanting to bag mine but don't want to z it just yet anyway.

Shave & re-plate the front cross member and raise the rack and pinion up,.....then hit up Bio Max for his hand made spindles w/ uni-ball joint's (or use spacers between your lca and the spindle, but you'll most likely break your ball joints like I did )

My frame lay's perfectly flat on a 225/35/20 without a Z'd frame
