if you have the money, skills and equipment to do the clip, you should tho. you will have the same lug pattern and a little bit narrower track width.

depending on what type of drop beams you have its different. With djm dream beams if you get the beam to hit the frame on bothesides you can lay 20s with a small tire.On my truck the frame was notched for the tie rods and with that  just that the passenger side beam will go all the way up until it hits the frame the driver side needs a little more work. On the driver side the beam will hit above in the channel that the beams travels in...its kind of hard to explain ...if you pull the beam up you will see where it hits and you just have to cut a rectangle out above it where it hits. My truck is set up this way and it lays on a 245/40/18 wich is 25.7 tall...a 20" rim with a low low pro tire is shorter than that....Oh ya and of course raised crossmembers are needed

You also have to bend the driver side tie rod around the pitman arm ....for camber problems go to napa and buy 4deg camber bushings and your camber wont be that bad at all here are some pics of the notching above the beam on the driver side
