I retired building mini's when I sold my truck.  Now I just cruise in my stock Accord with my kid!  It's also amazing what kind of money you save when you are spending it on parts!!!

How do you retire from family though?  That is like telling your family at Thanksgiving "Well, its been fun guys...but you all are just not doin it for me anymore...I am off to find a new family"..LOL..I am with James on this one.  Just be a broke minitrucker like the rest of us.  I have had 3 projects for 5 years.  When my son was born, all my progress shut down..such is life. Dont quit us..we would never quit you   Just get through the rough patches..that is what friends are for and I know I speak for most everyone when I say I have met some of the greatest friends in my life through the custom truck world.   Just hang in there..........you dont need bags of money or a cover truck to be a minitrucker, its in your soul! ---------------------------------------------

i dont have a life because of trucks....lol my life is my truck, like a family to me, or pretty much some say my girlfriend/wife but i do understand sometimes you have to make sacrifices for the better because a hobby CAN get in the way of family/friends, and you life, but dont forget of all the great experiences you've had and friends you've made along the way, they will always be there no matter what.  Enjoy your present and future to come brother
