Grant Kustoms

Ok so i ordered toyota corner light fillers from them over a month ago and they are still processing! i emailed them a while ago around christmas and they said they can only be made by bob himself and he decided to take a break. so i asked them to upgrade my shipping and no reply. a few weeks go by and still processing, they wont return my emails or phone calls!
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

yeah i have had the same problem, i ordered a az guage and air line from them for a customer over 2 months ago and still nothing.but yet the take the money out of my bank account?

  well Bob didn't decide to take a break, he had to leave for 2 weeks, now he is back and desperately trying to catch up. I never received any e-mail about shipping, sorry.

well i think all the stuff they sell is HAND made for the most part,not just stamped out.   the quality of there stuff is worth waiting....

I got a Grant roll pan for my new bed, and ended up letting it sit for over a year before I got around to installing it. It was not curved right so I called them. They asked for a few measurements and made me a new one and even paid for the shipping! Great bunch of guys! Just give them a call Im sure they will take care of you on this.

i have never had a problem with grant kustoms.Zach is a stand up guy and all it takes it a phone call to get things taken care of.instead of gettin on here and tryin to make a company look bad call them 1st. Bob builds all fillers by hand and they are norm made to order.Bob and Zach work hard to keep things going and some things take time.so please give people a chance b4 bringing this mess online

why is it that when someone has a problem with something and they say something about it, alot more come out of the wood works to say something. everybody has problems with orders sometimes and sometimes they dont fit right thats the way things go's. i know i had a problem with s roll pan not fitting correctly and jeff was there he can tell you, call zach and he shipped out another one with no problem with ONE phone call no need to bash someones name because of 1 mishap. plus the products you get from grant are hand made and not stamped so it takes longer to make.
