this happens everytime. someone has a problem, then other people tell them to call first before bringing it to the internet. but....if you would read the first post, you would see that he said they WEREN'T RETURNING HIS CALLS OR EMAILS. he only asked if anyone else was having a problem, or knew something he didn't. i don't remember reading "grant kustoms sucks". give the man a break.

Pretty sure i had sexual relations with bob and zach on the same weekend. Definate burner.  Otherwise, great company to deal with and great products.

Threads like this make me laugh.     You had a issue with Grant Kustoms  being honest to you and telling you Bob took 2 weeks off, they gave you option to cancel order, you declined, now your on SSM a site that had nothing to do with your Transaction at Grant, and your throwing them under the bus.  When you find some logic in that let me know.   Grant Kustoms does great work and are all over their customers needs and are very up front.

Probably hoping someone will say "well i heard so and so has been sick....or their phones went out, but you have nothing to worry about". there was no bashing. it has become assumed on this website that everyone is out to get everyone else. This thread should have ended after the first Grant Kustoms response, since he answered the question. Grant Kustoms doesn't need people to defend them when they haven't been attacked. Their reputation speaks for itself. and even if someone did bash them, no one would believe them.

Its real easy, hes claiming they are not answering his calls/emails.  Grant has posted and said that is false.  Knowing there rep myself very well I would bet he isn't lying.  Why would he ask if others are getting their emails and calls answered when his ARE being answered.  You seen them answer that clearly.   Secondly if you follow the trends of threads like this you will notice they head south really quick and it doesn't work out for anyone, and lets not forget 3 sides to every story.  So threads like this to me are completely pointless IMO.
