so where do you put the oil into a EDC? can you fill em thru the top or do you gotta do it thru the side?

it sounds like you have a "york" brand edc. i use the side port to fill mine. usually what ever i remove through the trap is what i add, that way you never run dry and never overfill

wheres the best place to buy and how do you know what clutch to buy i hav a taco 2.4

slappy, yeah i got a york. i need to get a oil seperator too. Onboardair.com has a kit you can use to connect your oil seperator to refill your compressor.     deflated, im goin to the junkyard to get my replacement york, there lists of cars that have yorks. as for mounts i have no idea

Why would you want to re-use oil in the first place, its only like $1.50 a bottle for non-detergent motor oil... --------------------------------------------- i could be totally wrong in Jays post, but it sounded like he was goin to re-use his oil thats passed. mentioning a kit you can connect from your seperator to refill the comp. possibly my bad, but i know people who have tapped into their oil pans, ran a line to the intake  side of the compressors and back to their oilpan. water condensation internally damaged the rings, bearings, etc.

yeah i was talking about from the seperator to the compressor, but your right about the oil beign a funky color so i probably wouldnt do that. do you guys run check valves on your EDCs?
