I am doing work on the inside of my bed and I was just wondering what to use in the corners for that nice clean radius corner look. Didnt know if I should use bondo or paintable caulk or something else in the corners......thanks

I use a piece of 6"  pipe and cut it long ways into 4 pieces and weld it in, then a piece of thin plate and cut it to fill the top rail. grind it all smooth and use a small amount of bondo or seam seal and finish with a nice rubber spray in liner.   but that is not the only way it is done.

Depends on what radius you want to use.  Do you want a large radius or a small radius?

Weld it up solid and grind the welds as smooth as possible first. I like using Evercoat metalglaze next because it is runny and sticks really well in and around the weld pores. Then top it with some nice lightweight filler to finish up all the low spots . Spray it with some highbuild DTM primer to fill in all the small grind marks and sanding scratches and you will be ready for sealer.

techniques said above and when time to sand, use a socket wrapped with sandpaper for the desired curvature. various sizes of sockets for a wide array of radious

If you are trying for a small radius in your filler  you can wrap sandpaper around a wood dowel of your choice and sand away. This is the easiest way that I've found to keep the radius even on long stretches like the inside of a truck bed.

with all those sharp lines in the bed it makes since to leave it with a sharp corner to me.....just my 2 cent, looks good so far bro
