grant fabrication fuell cells

Dont buy the fuel cell from them. Its a horrible product that isnt worth the price. The sending unit didnt fit, nothing inside to mitigate fuel movement, and not coated with anything inside. If you plan on buying a fuel cell I have a press break, shoot me an email and I will build you one for half the price plus shipping if you just send me the diameter of your sending unit and how big you want it. I am normally satisfied with thier stuff but they need to evaluate this one big time.

Did you try resolving this with them before coming on here and trashing them?   I bet there is more to this than what you claim.

Just giving everyone a heads up if they are going to get a fuel cell not to expect much for what you pay. --------------------------------------------- I bet you would find some better results if you CALLED them.  Grant Kustoms runs on dial up at the shop, they are not going to be using email all day to communicate orders/issues.  I am not suggesting that you may have got something your not happy with, what I am suggesting is they stand behind there products and likely would fix it.  But all to often people want to go out and trash companies before even trying to get something fixed.   I also thought it was kind odd you then turned this into a commercial for yourself. 

did they advertise it was coated w/ anything? did they advertise a baffle inside?   if you can make one better, why order from them in the 1st place? that just makes you look like an asshole.    

wow.....having a press brake and a welder makes you a fuel cell builder???   hell, i have a few sanding blocks and a paint gun... i must be a painter

You need to make sure that you speak with the individuals involved and not start trashing on forums. If you have a problem you can have it resolved with a timly manner. Most of the shops that only with mini truckers are small shops. We all try to serve everyone with equal intent. Sometimes I understand things get hairy, with that said it needs to be taken to the people you deal with.

You have been rude and unreasonable from the beginning. It was you that neglected to answer my e-mail to you for a week. If you don't feel the tank is as advertized, send it back. If you can build it yourself, why did you order one? I don't build these tanks in house but this shop that does takes pride in his work and would love reasonable feed back to help him make a better product. He buys senders just to  use to jig up these tanks in the hopes that some day he will bake even or maybe even make a small profit. I remember you having attitude because he wanted a little more info to make sure he bought the right sender to fab up your tank!?!?! You need to take a deep breath and count to 10, your to tense
