i snapped one with only 15,000 kms on mine. was driving with em at about 70psi. hit a bump and the shaft snapped, it wobbled just like in the video. airlift sold me just a strut without all the bag/sleeve/etc. no warranty cause its a "self fab peice". im not gonna sit here and bash them, im just gonna buy something else if it happens again.

See my post above..... We still manufacter design and QC all our products in house but when a product is used or driven above its designed perameters these incedents will happen.... I can tell you first hand driving our company car cross country, at the auto cross events etc. That the quality of the product is just as good if not better....

This is apparently not a bgi issue that they have dealt with befor, becuase it's not like everyone else is chiming in on it. Try your best to contact them and settle it befor you come put your's and their problems out in the open for eveyrone to rant on about. ---------------------------------------------I had tried time and time again to contact them but got nothing in return, that's why i ended up pretty angry and felt quite justified to post the item,at the very least I got some feedback from similar happenings and it was only after posting that i finally got a reply from someone at Air Ride Technologies so i guess something worked out, anyhow I am ok with the arrangement now,I bought the best i could afford and had the best shop around fit the kit (I had no choice as I'm now wheelchair bound because of a motorcycle accident ) so i did what i thought was best and just post this without thinking about it first, anyhow, like I say problem over, not perfect bt nothing ever is,$hit happens!" border="0" />Sorry,still can't get HTML to work??
