suicide doors can be evil . . .

so im traveling to work and my drivers side door decides to pop open. i know im a stupid @ss for not having any safety latches inside, and i do plan on ordering some, but now i have an amazingly atractive crease in the cab behind my door. its a 1991 toyota pickup. does anyone know where i can get a peice to replace this? i dont know if toyota makes replacement cab sheet metal. im gonna look into it. could grant make a replacement piece like this? what do you guys think?

id just get a section of door and use it as a patch panel

use a stud gun to pull it out...
