I thought this was about the suicide doors site... My suggestion is to buy bunji cords that match the color of your paint...

i had the same thing happen with my s10. i have since gotten the cab corner fixed but the hinges have me a bit discouraged, they are bent pretty bad and where the hinge pockets are is a bit messed up as well. id like to get a new cab and start over and do a stock floor as its traditional right now but am having trouble tracking one down...

numbskull, that was a good one, ill give you that. mazberry has a good idea, and so does bagged 85. the only thing that concerns me is where the cab curves to go around the back. im not too good with body work just yet to try molding in a piece of door, im scared of the curve not looking right. ill look into a stud gun and see if i can get it out that way. and pootus once i get the safety latches ill do a write up and post it. why cant minitruckin be easy?

ive got a switch inside the cab that i switch off once im inside that kills current to the door poppers. works well, you just have to make it a habit to do it everytime you get in

I bought a replacement cab corner at the toyota  dealer and just cut at the body line,

I did suicide doors also, with every foreseeable thought imaginable, and decided NOT to use door poppers, mainly in the event if something in my pocket hit the remote button and/or a frequency/channel near by activated the control module, so i decided to make it all manual.....but as for the doors opening while driving, i figured if the factory latches work good, then why not reuse them...I have wondered about picking a drunk buddy/girl and thinking about "what if" they opened the door to puke, so i decided not to pick anyone up in the truck drunk..next, i have been thinking of fabbing an imitation copy to the autoloc's hot rod door safety latch kit...basically a steel pointed rod attached to a plate  bolted to inner door skin and an external manual handle, yeah, two hands to open the door, but definitly old school / idiot proof..lo...if i do it, i'll post it..
