the whole purpose of this suspension is for stubility... i dont want it to have body role, thats the reason i did it that way, i know what your saying bro, but im really not concerned, and if you read, i said that the suspension in your chev pic, i said, if the bottom links were bushing rod ends. anytime you use rod ends, your gonna bind, theres no way round it. and as for you bryan im coming for ya bro, your titan is sick!!! i hope that next year ill be able to make it to heatwave. you gonna go???

I understand you wanna limit body role....but binding up your suspension isn't the best way to do it. A 3 inch bushing is gonna get tons more articulation than a 8 inch bushing. Bushings are designed to flex and give. Take a 3 inch long piece of DOM....see how much articulation you get when inserting a 5/8 bolt without a bushing in it. Now take a 8 inch piece of DOM and try the same thing. You'll get significantly less articulation. Add bushings into the scenario and you'll get close to zero articulation outta an 8 inch bushing. Any articulation your gonna get is gonna be metal flexing. Something is eventually gonna break......its your truck though so good luck with it man. Do that jack test and let us know how it works out. From what I seen at the shop on Monday......Bryans got a lil sumtin new up his sleeve for this show season.

If you could make the lower link two links, it would work much better. You are going to have issues with it everytime you pull into a driveway, go around a corner, ect. Do what he said and jack up on side and see what happens. Here is a pic of mine. My links are seperate from each other. Bushing on one side, heim on the other side.

my cars rear suspension limits body roll by bindind. its basically just a 2 link with a torsion bar joining the 2 sides. and it was built by GM. i know its a light car and a 2 link not a 3 or 4link but it still works fine. i go through steep driveways at an angle like most bagged rides have to with no trouble. as long as the front articulates its fine. not talking sh!t just my opinion. every time you see a saturn ion, chev hhr/ cobalt it has a suspension that works that way tre5 i wish i could fit a set up like that on the hhr, looks good just dont want to cut the whole @ass end out of the car

Older c10's had 2 links....but the 2links were made outta lightweight i beam that twists very easily. I'll wait for the jack pics on sun.....
