Are you welding all that with a 110 welder? Why do the welds look clumpy and not penatrated?

I'm digging the look for sure. But if you cut the iron cross and the other connected piece of tube outta the wishbone, you'll wake that truck right up! maybe "float" the iron cross above the links to get that look back. Not trying to stir shit up here, just giving my $.02 and siding with Big...

make sure you put jamb nuts on those lower bar threads, if not you will pull the threads right out of the bar. also make sure you have atleast 3/4" threaded into the bar to prevent pullout with the jamb nut installed.  anything less could lead to the end being ripped out even with a jamb nut installed.    just trying to help out!

for starters, 220 on the welder, and the welds are HUGE! and plenty of penetration on all the rolebar tubing, all the gussets are 1/4 inch thick, and all the square tubing is 3/16 thick. remember, a titan is huge, and look how big the welds are. the gas welder i was using was ment for steel building construction. big miller one. not very easy to use. and sense im covering up all the frame work with the bed floor i didnt grind the welds. the welds are like the size of my finger. if you wanna take a cut off wheel to some of them, be my guest, you gonna be there for a while.

it goes side to side perfectly fine, im not specificaly making pix just for you, you seem to be more concerned with the setup, that i have allready performed on another truck. every single truck out there with a tri-anglulated 4-link is a binding suspension, the min you angle those 4link tabs you have a binding, pulling, and stretching suspension. and people have been running those setups for years, yet you dont say a word about those setups. perhaps we should talk about your uniball setups that have absolutly no suspension give unlike a rubber rod end bushing. also a uniball is unprotected from the elements, causing them to squeek being filled with road debrs. so in the end there is flaws with most, if not all suspension set ups.

Good luck with the rest of your build man. Sorry for trying to help....
