what exactly does "Z" the frame do...?

are the ends of your control arms hitting the frame when it's all the way dropped? You could always cut down that area and plate it back together. That was one problem with my 04 f-140

what will plating the frame do to the frame negativly? cause it seems like a great idea! On top of raising my arms i might do that too.....

Just got layed off for the second time this year so im gonna start working on the truck again till I find another job so update pics coming soon...........

  Filled in the holes in the frame and mounted fresh tabs on there 

lets see a pic of that mark lt laid  out

 Holes sealed before bag braket new tabs in place

 Side of tub with filler plate tacked and sprayed

 and Top of tub tacked an d sprayed onlything missing is seem sealer
