It was nowhere near close during Heritage to being completed. Actually though, it's deceptively simple. Check out these *conceptual* drawings for reference (this is just a working-from drawing that we did before we started construction, so these drawings don't show the actual bag, proper placement etc). Bag inflates and causes arms to turn gear counterclockwise, causing other gear to turn clockwise, which in turn pushes down on arm that is attached to lower link bar and causes axle to raise. (Hell, it may not even work, but it's going to be a real rube goldberg machine, lol).
