ok guys its been awhile since i built a truck that wasnt designed to run shit over or hug a rock,
so im needing a little help with my 82 silverado build.
i know the crossmember lays and i think its somewhere along th lines of 3.5-4in bd to get these to lay rocker but how many people have doored theres and how much stock floor and how much traditional do i need to go??
what control arms should i get?
and id say i have enough room to run a donk sized wheel on it
plan on a 5.3 6.0 or ls1 with 4l60e trannie to make it reliable......a truck that drags doors and reliable itll never happen

any pics
any suggestions
any help will be appreciated

i think it takes a 2" Z and you should be about .5-1" from rocker. then stock floor or channel the rest. shouldnt be more than 2.5" to door it from there. check out gmfullsize.com

Or you can use a drop member for Sucide doors. a lil pricey but well worth it.
