why a 350?  every one does dumb chevy motors.  their big, heavy, and look retarded..:> seriously, there is way too many new motors out there that make more power, and look better. like a 32 valve ford motor, or a twin turbo supra motor, or a turbo subaru motor.. and jay put a yota axle in it, its five lug, and the front real easy, modify the max control arms to accept yota ball joints, and use yota spindles.or for looks have someone make you tube arms that use yota ball joints.  real simple dood. -me

He probobly chose a 350 cause its the best, cheapest, easiest engine to work on and you can make massive amounts of power for very little. my neighbor has a 350 in his Nova that makes 800 horsepower and he drives it quite a bit with the wife and kids. plus if it does break down a bit on the side of the road all you need is duct tape.  a shitty subaru motor has a tick in it and you gotta tear the entire motor down to nothing.
